3. Prescription & Eye Health

• Contact lenses will only be dispensed to customers with a valid prescription issued by a qualified optometrist.

• Customers are responsible for following all proper usage, care, and replacement guidelines for optical products.

• Regular eye examinations are strongly recommended to maintain optimal vision and eye health.

4. Online & Offline Purchases

• Orders placed online will be confirmed via email or phone. Payment must be made in full before goods are released.

• In-store purchases are processed immediately and are considered final once payment is completed.

• Promotions and discounts may differ between online and offline channels.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses and prescription eyewear are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

• Any exchange requests for non-prescription frames must be made within 7 days of purchase, with proof of receipt and in original condition.

• Clearance or promotional items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.
